I haven't been very active here, mostly i just check my messages and drool over all the beautiful art you guys are making!
I turned 18 a few days ago, it feels amazing and i just want to leave school now and see where life takes me, i'm so done with essays and coursework and exams.. i should be in school right now but here i am lying in bed attempting to do 4 overdue essays!
Anyway, i'm hoping to get Photoshop going and make a little something, although i have to say my presence on dA is dwindling, i'm more of a lurker than anything else now! I'll probably churn out a manip or two occasionally but overall i'm mainly here to admire everyone else's artwork! Who knows, maybe one day i'll find myself making more and more manips again but at the moment it's not really something i desire doing that much. I'll definitely stick around here though, i won't be going anywhere!

feeling creative

So i got back from Greece a couple of days ago. I had a really good time but it was very hot, and thankfully i had one of my friends with me so i didn't go completely insane being away from everyone for 2 weeks. I kind of forgot how crappy English summer is so i'm still getting used to the idea that i won't be walking round in little shorts and t shirts!
Anyway, i've got 3 weeks left of summer (it's gone far, far too quickly) so i'm really hoping i can get some art done and get my creativity flowing! I'm actually pretty excited to see if i can produce anything i'm honestly happy with! I've got a few ideas i might play with.
I hope you've all been having a lovely summer/winter depending on where you are in the world!

I'm off to Greece for 2 weeks! Really hope i come home with a tan! Hopefully i'll be able to make more art once i'm back.

Wow, i didn't notice my dA birthday was on 2nd July... can't believe i've been here this long already! Well, i've been here longer than that actually, just not on this account. Time really does fly!
In other news, The Amazing Spider-Man is one of the best films i've ever seen. Go watch it.
